Keyword tools (Ad Spy Pro, Keyword Spy, etc.)

Hi,
Does anyone currently utilize any of these two tools?
I have dabbled with Keyword Elite, I would like to give Keyword Spy a try and maybe even Ad Spy pro.
Give me a heads up on the good things and bad thing.
Is a keywordspy.com membership worth it? Let me know.. Thanks
