Good CPM for my proxies?

I am looking for a good CPM program (that pays via Paypal). I want to display CPM ads on my proxified pages (instead of the PPC ads I’m currently displaying), because they get around 30K pageviews per day. Currently I’m displaying PPC ads on proxified pages, but I’m getting only about 10 clicks for 30,000 ad impressions, which sucks!
Anyone knows any good CPM that I can use on my proxy?
