Where can I find forms of “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”

Hello,
I’m setting up some ppc landing pages and a couple of affiliate websites. Can anyone tell me where I may find cheap/free "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" forms that are easy to customize?
