Yahoo Shuttering Yahoo Photos

Yahoo is announcing the closure of Yahoo Photos today. Over the next few months, Yahoo Photos, Yahoo’s older photo sharing site, will close down and offer users the option of moving their entire photo collections not only to Flickr, but to competitor sites such as Photobucket, Snapfish, Kodak Gallery and Shutterfly. Yahoo Photos is the largest photo site on the internet, but growth has stalled, and Yahoo has decided to focus on a single photo service for its future.
