Revenue Pilot secure server

Hi all
Yesterday i signed up to use Revenue Pilot ads on my web site. All looked ok to start with then last night (uk time) i couldn’t get the login page up or the support page, both on secure.revenuepilot.com. It’s now over 20 hours since i could get on and i’m wondering if this is a common problem.
All none secure pages of the site seem to be ok. I’ve sent an email to support but no response as yet.
Can anyone else get the login page up?
I’ve tried from a seperate uk ip and still no joy.
