need ppc program for sex change site

Hello
I have a site about sex change operations ! I tried using adsense but all ads are irrelevant and as a result I have a low ppc and ctr…I removed the ads for this reason(and also because i didn’t want to get smartpriced) I have about (really targetted)500 impressions per day .I don’t want to make a lot of money by this site..about 1 $ / day would be ok
Any suggestions for any good ppc or page by impression program ?
