‘Shoot the Ducks’ PPC Banner Ads

Hi guys
I have an arcade site and believe that I would get the best PPC return on those flash ’shoot the ducks’ type banner ads. Is there a program where I would get these types of ads exclusively, or a better chance of seeing those ads? I haven’t used anything not adbrite/adwords before.
