Does Anyone know a good PPC program like the old stormpay?

Hello all,
I have been wondering if someone knows a good PPC site like stormpay. I know that stormpay back in the days had a very good one. But then problems started to happen and its not so good anymore. Does anyone have any suggestion? Coz i want to advertise my site in a way, and google adwords is really bad, my ads are not showing.
