Looking for Pay Per Click PARTNER.

I’m looking for a PPC partner to promote my web design company, http://www.creativelogicmedia.com
Here are the terms:
-You will be paid $50/hr. to set up/manage the campaign, as well as consult with me
-You have more of a responsibility than JUST achieving CTR, the whole point is conversions, so you will be given a commission on SUCCESSFUL SALES, not a percent off each ad dollar.
-You must be based in the US or be fluent in English and available on voice chat
-You must have implemented successful campaigns in the past for other web design companies
As I said, I am looking for a partner. If you have PPC know how, I WANT TO TALK TO YOU. I will be fronting all the money for the campaign, but I need someone to help me make it work!
