Can you recommend a database for crunching paid search data?

Hello,
Does anyone have suggestions on a database or similar which can assemble data from multiple SEM accounts across multiple search engines? I currently work with millions of KW’s on many sites/accounts, and I ‘m using Excel (including lots of pivottables) to crunch and optimize my numbers.
I am however getting mighty tired of logging in to Yahoo, MSN and Google every day and losing valuable time.
I am thinking in the lines of a database which can access the (in the account scheduled) email CSV reports in an email inbox, pull in the data and present it in a customized way.
