Ask Running Curious Guerilla Marketing Campaign

Ask.com is running a guerilla marketing campaign, inviting people to visit their “Information Revolution” website via subway ads, posters, stickers, even search results, all in the name of broadening their search horizons. The campaign says that far too many people use a single search engine (wanna guess which one) and are “search sleeping their way through life, as that search enGine controls their minds and their information.
Its a bit of a silly idea, but marketing campaigns are judged by success, not brains, and this has the markings of something that, while it isn’t going to start a revolution, could possibly remind people that other search engines do exist.
