Element Ads ? Anyone using them ?

Anyone else here using Element Ads ? (elementads.com)
I’ve been using them sporadically since early February, even been paid by them once so far ( which is definitely good )
Last month I sent them almost all US/UK/CA traffic and did 489 clicks which converted to $57.69 in earnings, not bad at all.
This month so far I’m at 279 clicks converting to $19.75 in earnings. Lower overall average but I’m sending far more international traffic this month than last.
I’m just curious if anyone else is using them and if my earnings are "the norm" or could I be doing something to increase it
