What advertising company should I use?

I’m currently using Value Click Media for my website, www.frankf.net, because of the low $25 payout, and they pay you via paypal. I get some traffic to my site, but no one clicks on the ads, Value Click Media is paying me about $0.50 a month for my website. Is Value Click Media right for me? If not please post other advertising company’s, and there features.
