A lot of traffic – how to monetize it ?

Hi
I am the owner of topyoutubevideos.com .
It has currently 15000-20000 uv daily but the problem is – how to monetize this traffic ?
I was banned from Adsense years ago so I joined Clicksor but now I am not happy with them.
What could you recommend for this type of website ?
There is only one requirement: they should pay by Paypal.
