Best CPC for links, for my site

I started a new investment blog in which I would rather link ads then banner ads. I was banned from adsense for a reason they wouldn’t tell me so now I am looking for a better affiliate site. In previous sites I had never had much luck with AdBrite but I am not sure if their different for links, I am testing them on the side of my site right now. Currently I am using infolinks but I heard they were not so great for earnings. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any sites that are known for their high CPC for links and they really target their ads well because I do not want unrelated ads on my site. Also are links the best to use for business sites like investing because thats what I read somewhere and I just want to know people`s opinions.
