CPM network that accepts new websites?

Hello.
I am looking for a CPM network that accepts recently created blogs. My blog – you.uz has about 100k visitors per month from Stumbleupon so CPM would fit best for it, but so far the major CPM networks won’t accept it for some reason.
Does anyone know a good paying network (at least 1$ rate) without harsh requirements for websites?
