Anyone bought PPC formula

I was just wondering if anyone has bought PPC formula.
I am about to buy it and just wondering what people thought of it.
From what I have read it seems to great, may cost a bit (800 if u dont know ), but it seems to be worth it from what they teach you.

Don’t ask, just, just don’t ask. The site has been nigh inaccesible all week, and I’m working with GoDaddy to put an end to these sort of problems forever. With any luck, all will be stable and good in the next few days/a week, and all will be well for a long, long time.
In the meantime, I’ve disabled some sidebar features and the stats on top commenters and search terms. They’ll be back as soon as the new server is ready, but I already miss them. For some reason, I think Tim misses them more.

Pay-ads.com - any reviews?

I’ve found Pay-ads.com today - they pay $3.50 per 1k uniques.
Anyone tired them? I’ve found informations of few forums that they really pay.
But, CPM is pretty good, extreme low minimal payout ($0.01 at EGold, $0.50 at PayPal), You can manually payout anytime You want, they do automatic payout every 5 days. Oh, and there’s quite good referral system: You get 10% of referrals earnings.
But there’s just one problem: it’s too good to be true
