Google AdWords converting great!

I just started using Google AdWords to promote my arcades and yesterday they sent me 53 visitors with a 52% bounce rate, which kind of sucked, but I got 21 clicks on my adengage ads. Today (at 7:30am) I checked my AdToll ads and I have 9 clicks from 18 visits from Adwords. I usually get around 3 clicks perday from AdEngage and 1 click from AdToll.
I am starting to thing I should lengthen my campaign for another month so I can get some nice sponsored ad sales. Do you think that would be wise?
