ValueClick don’t answer emails?

I’m trying to get paid for the past 4 months of revenue I’ve mad with valueclick, but as of now, I’m told I need to email them my bank details, which I have done. But they won’t reply. I’ve sent it 4 times now over the month, yet still no reply.
It’s over 1k in revenue. Should I kiss this goodbye and remove valueclick? or are they worth it?
Best way to get in contact with them?
