How to get Revenue from my Site

Hi Guys, I have a forum site www.crazyskin.com/forum and i wana earn money from it, i already tried some PPC ads but no gain. Very Very low Rates.
Adsense banned my site because of Adult stuff, Please give some good Advice.
Need Advice from an Expert , because i already saw some threads on this forum but not get something good.
