Which Ad agency to use for a flash syndication

Hello Dear Webmasters,
I work on a product called as http://www.simcricket.com that is syndicated across various other news and sports portals. What I wanted to know is if there are any ad companies that can provide us Ad banners of 300×250 size in our flash player? Could you guys please suggest any company that can support ads in a flash site. We get huge amount of traffic during live cricket matches….Any help would be appreciated.
