Please help car guys find best PPC

Our site is roadtechusa.com. We need to be at the top for searches relating to emergency road service in the Las Vegas area. I am beginning to understand that atleast for the time being, PPC is going to be the only way to get there. What would be the best PPC service for us to use? Yellowpages.com has contacted us about that with $0.10 a click. Would that be a good choice or is there better for us? What would be a reasonable price for PPC for our needs?
