Need suggestions for my business

Hey pals,
I have couple of websites that makes around $10k for me as it has huge organic traffic but now I am thinking to take a break from web sites and move to android or ios apps.
SEO / Development is not a problem for me but what you guys think ? Should I take the risk of selling web properties and go with android apps or I should keep the things smooth as they are for now ?
I have some great ideas but I am a bit reluctant.
