question about uploading.com

hey guys
when somone download 100 files for exemple on the same day its counted as 100 ? and that 100 downloads will be payed downloads right?
i mean is is uploading.com like filesonic because i seed on rules of file sonic
For free users that download from FileSonic, we count multiple downloads from the same IP address. Only completed downloads are counted.
is uploading.com like that ?
