Is A 4 Hour Work Week Possible?

I have been searching the web for some time now and i see many sites advocating the so called 4 hour week. I just want to know seriously, is there anyone living this kind of lifestyle? or i am not missing the bigger picture. I was lucky to find this site that will eventually help me quit this rat race Project Getaway. I would just like to know how others make the internet lifestyle work.
