Need feedback on Google Adwords results

Just tried Adwords for the first time. I ran one add for two days with a maximum cost of $25 per day. My results were the following:

171,188 Impressions
168 Clicks
CTR = 10%
Avg CPC = $0.31
Resulted in 9 Opt Ins

As I’m somewhat of a newbie to the internet marketing world, can someone give me some feedback on my results? Good or Bad? Just not sure if it is a good use of money.
