Need a Google Adsense account (Please Help)

How are all? I think you are fine. Last few days ago i have created a domain name and currently i am complete my community forums fixing. Now i want to add Google Adsense account for me. I want to active my account from yours help.
Because, I am tried but i am not success. Please friends help me.
