Can I get big traffic advertising on AdBrite? Seems like I can get very little only..

Hey..
Been trying to hop on the AdBrite PPC…but I seem to only get very little clicks daily..it lets me spend about only like 3-5$ a day in PPC at about 0.05$ per click.
Do you know how can I increase this? I’m looking for big traffic..just got banned from adwords.
