I need help with adsense

Hey people,
I need to start making money with adsense because as of i have absolutely 0 money.
I want to register on adsense but i am having problems with it and i was wondering if anyone could help me with it.
I am using adbrite as of now, but it pays real low.
So please help me.
Here are the issues –
1) can i set up a new adsense account using a blogger blog or a weebly webpage ??
2) adsense says that my domain has to be running for atleast 6 months, but i started mine two days ago.
My weebly page is about 10 months old, but i havent really done anything on it.
Just a poem and a few pics i made for my girlfriend a while ago.
could i maybe use that ?
3) I am 17, and not 18 as the adsense needs… i could get my parents to make a new account […]
