Good Ad network for 5k – 7.5k month traffic

What would be a good PPC program for someone with 5 – 7.5k of monthly impressions? I was banned from google (appealed several times but told, "my site is a risk for advertisers") and am currently using Bidvertiser. Adbrite & Adtoll I was told from some users it was showing "questionable" ads. I was rejected from casale media. I recently applied for Burst! Media but haven’t heard back from them.
My niche is health & medication to be general…
