Anyway an adnetwork can KNOW how many pageviews / visitors i get a day?

this may be a dumb question, but when you fill out an application for an ad network, is there anything they can look into to know if you’re lying when you tell them how many pageviews etc you have?
i just started a brand new site, i dont have 30,000 uniques a month, the site has only been up a few days! im a very honest person, not trying to get over, but i need a network… pleaes help
