Is it ok if some one is showing google ads for another companies’ brand name

hi..need quick solution please.
I was searching for "matrix" keyword to find matrix movie series,
but when i saw that some one is showing Google PPC ads in sponsored sections on Google Serp’s the website is "www.Clay.co.in"
My concerned is:
1. If i have domain name as "matrix.com"
2. If someone is showing ads for my keywords "matrix"
3. As my company has been registered with the same name from last 9-10 yrs.
4. So does Google allows to show the ads for another companies brand name.:confused:
5. Most important fact is "www.Clay.co.in" doesn’t have any relation to "matrix.com"..than how it can missuses the other brand name.
Just need your mature and concreted decision so one can take proper actions against such specious creatures on the web.
And i can clear myself for future decisions.
