clickoodle.com scammer in DP

Some days ago i joined in clickoodle…i reached the payout of $2….when i clicked on cashout it says
"Whoops, you only have $2.06 You must earn at least $2 USD to request payment via PayPal."
I sent PM to the one who claimed clickoodle is his site in a thread…his username is "Morgan"… http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=11001
I sent him the PM on May 14th…he said he is working on it and will take some time……I even sent a screenshot of the error message because he asked
Recently i sent him a couple of PM’s but he is not replying
