Adsense Alternatives?

Some time ago, my account was disabled by Google Adsense. The only explanation I have as to why was because I was a risk to advertisers. What I’d like to know is if there are any good alternatives out there?
If you list something can you provide the following stats (if possible):
CPA (cost per acquisition)
CPM (cost per 1000 impressions)
CPC (cost per click)
Types of Adverts: (for example banner, in-text)
I’ve tried Adbrite but shows occasional adult ads. I’ve tried Adtoll, but it also shows (more frequently) adult ads.
