Tribal Fusion help

Hello,
When i login my tribalfusion account i am getting this error any one help
"Your account access is temporarily suspended. This may be due to an expired password or preventative security measures. Please contact your account representative to regain access"
P.S: i mailed them before 2 days no answer yet
