TTZ Media product ads any good?

After giving up on bidvertiser for giving me the most irrelevant ads imaginable, I put up some TTZ media ads on my site. I have actually gotten 10 clicks from them, and it’s been a week I believe. I’m getting around 170 uniques a day.
I’m a bit confused on TTZ’s pricing though. Do they pay $0.15 per click unless you get over 1000 clicks?
Has anyone used them before? Do they pay on time?
