Anyone using Adchakra (Indian Ad Network) ?

Someone from Adchakra contacted me today.
They want to include one of my sites in their network.
Anyone here has experience with Adchakra….either as a publisher or advertiser?
(They are pretty new, but from the brief discussion that I had, they seem to be pretty professional).
