need an advice

Hy there, i have been thinking and i have no idea what to do so i thought to ask here.
I have a website with flash games, http://www.jocuri-noi.com. I get 250-500 uniques per day to it, mostly from Romania….so how can I monetize this?
I have to say my adsense account was closed last year so i cannot use adsense, also tried with bidvertiser and i got close to nothing….so, what do you guys suggest i should use?
