Which sites give good paying CPM ads for your site??

Hello,
I am not making anything off my website..:(
I have google ads.. but they pay very very less and also a very few clicks
I have heard that CPM (cost per impression) ads might be fine for me..
Which are the sites/services that give CPM ads for your site?? even ads on rental basis accepted… my site is

For CPM ads, I hve heard of tribalfusion, but also heard that they don’t accept sites with less than 2K visitors/day.. I don’t have that much..My visitors go around 100 on average. And sometimes, when some posts hit!, i get upto 2-6K/day
What do you guys suggest/???
