Which Niches are Making The $$$’s…?

I’m particularly interested in the CPA sites. I think lead generation is somewhat highly lucrative. I was wondering if some of you Great DP guys could throw a few tips/opinions. Which one of the below niches are currently doing very well?
– Ringtones
– Dating
– Gaming
Which one of the above are you thinking? Lastly, which one of the below niches would you focus on if you were just starting a new CPA landing page to promote:
– Mortgages
– Insurance & Credit Cards
– Health & Diet
