What Are Good CPM/PPC Networks For An Advertiser?

Hi, after searching this forum I noticed that most people here are publishers…
Because I am an advertiser so my perspective is a little different…(I prefer cheap clicks instead of expensive) But also quality of course…
After doing some reading on the forums I selected a handful of PPC/CPM networks to work with. I tried to base my selections on trustworthiness and quality traffic.
BUT, since almost every single post I read here was from a Publishers perspective I’d love to get some feedback from Advertisers that use these kind of networks as well.
These are the networks I chose:
Tribal Fusion
Casele Media
ValueClick
AdBrite
Xapads
PayPopup
Back Label Ads
P.S. I’m currently promoting CPA offers with PPC using Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
I want to start using CPM and on site PPC now too.
