Fixed rate CPM ads?

I would really like a company that would offer me a very specific and fixed rate CPM. If I could just get a company to agree with say 50 cents CPM, and not have that change at all, as I’d just be able to stick the ad up and not have to worry about how it’s doing, because I know what it’d be making everyday.
Is there any such an ad?
