Do other players ban accounts the way adsense does?

GA is notorious for banning accounts at the drop of a hat and they are pretty good at monitoring fraud clicks, surf programs, clicking on own ad and all, what about the other players clicksor, kontera, yahoo, how good are they at this gams, any ideas?? :confused:
