How long to get listed in the Adbrite directory?

I put up the Adbrite code on my site two days ago. I am still not listed in their directory… Any idea when that will happen?
Also, there seem to be no RON ads, just a big "Advertise on this site" ad. What’s better: to put an alternate Adsense code so they show Adsense ads when they don’t have any of their own? Or to leave the "Advertise on this site" ad and wait until I get listed in the directory, and then wait some more until someone decides to buy ads from my site?
