Advertising network. Withdraw to CC

I want to show ads on my website, but a lot of publisher network allow withdraw only to check or PayPal. But I live in Ukraine, and this methods are not appropriate for me. I want to find ads network where withdraw to credit card or bank account are available.
Can somebody help me ? Do anybody know ads network, where withdraw to credit card or bank account (using SWIFT – wire transfer) available ?
