Would google ban this..?

Havn’t applied for adsense yet.. but i know they don’t accept warez forums.
But this isnt a warez forums as it doesnt link people to illegal downloads, it links people to streaming movies & tv shows – www.bulkvid.com
I dont see the point in applying if im going to get let down.
