Looking for PPC company with not so obvious ads

Hello,
I am looking for a PPC company that has ads that aren’t obtrusive. I have been using google…but with adsense, the ads are so ridiculously obvious that usually my conversion rates are bad.
What I’d like to have is a ppc company that i think uglypeople [dot] com uses…where the ads meld more into the menu.
Anybody know of such PPC company?
