Kontera TOS

Hello all,
Now that I know that I cannot use adsnese on a certain part of my website, I was wondering if I could possibly use Kontera. If you could just go to my website(dopiitv) and click a video. Now you see how the ads are being displayed under the videos… is that against kontera TOS?
