how exoclick work as PUBLISHER?

i signed up to exoclick
but after entering admin area
i don`t know how to it work there are list :
Marketing Tools
Web Portals
Fullpages
Ads Boxes
Search Boxes
Referral Program
Keywords Lists

is it like adsense do??get the code and put it in my page?
i want to make benefit of it..
plz any help..
