Adbrite – I paid them $210, seems like they try to screw me!

I paid $210 and almost 2 weeks later the ad is still pending approval by publisher. Seems like this publisher is sleeping. What a bunch of lamers.
Is there a change to get this money back? I sent Adbrite an email, but no reply.Is this some scam or something? Last chance will be for me to charge back this amount. BEWARE!
